Electronic Chain of Custodies & Online Scheduling

Minert clients have various ways to track donor specimens online as they are collected by the collector, analyzed at the laboratory, and reported by the Medical Review Officer. This process is sometimes referred to as an electronic chain of custody form (ECCF). The ECCF's main purpose is for an electronic chain to be generated at the clinic but it also facilitates this electronic tracking for the employer.  The two primary online client portals are Escreen and I3screen. If you are a Minert client and using one of these websites, please be aware of an update that has occurred on each site.

-Escreen is the client portal at the web address www.myescreen.com. Recently the name describing the instant test was changed. The most common instant test is the basic 5 panel which was previously listed as "escreen ecup". Now it displays as "ecup+5A (1200)". This can be a little confusing. Other instant panels descriptions have changed slightly as well. If you have a question on which one to choose, please contact Minert & Associates.

-I3screen is the client portal at the web address www.i3screen.net. If you are a client that is scheduling your donor appointments online, then you may have noticed that order description has changed slightly. That new wording is "create new order". The tool is more user friendly than the previous scheduling tool.

If you would like to learn more about options available to track your testing from the collection all the way through to the reporting please reach out to Minert & Associates.
